Indigo RPL Training – Supervisor Decorative Application (April 2025 – March 2026) is empowering painting professionals across PAN India through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). This initiative aims to validate and enhance the skills of experienced supervisors in decorative paint applications, helping them gain industry-recognized certification and improve their career prospects. Through this program, candidates are being assessed and certified by PCSC, strengthening workforce competency and promoting higher standards in the painting and construction industry.
