The Council is looking for a CEO to take over from the current incumbent who wishes to leave upon reaching the retirement age and pursue other interests. The position is based in Mumbai and reports to the Council’s Board of Directors. The CEO is responsible for developing and executing an agenda for quickly scaling up skill development, upskilling and training in the paints and coating sector.

The CEO is responsible for developing and executing an agenda for quickly scaling up skill development, upskilling and training in the paints and coating sector.
The ideal candidate would be a post graduate with atleast 15 years of experience at senior levels with significant exposure to the paint industry and/or the Skill Ecosystem . The job demand demonstrated ability to interact with government officials, good negotiating skills, networking skills, ability to marshal support from multiple stake holders, team managing skills, and proven excellence in execution.
